Get ready to celebrate Mardi Gras in true Houston style! On Friday, Feb 6, Chardon is hosting a one-night-only Mardi Gras-inspired chef dinner featuring a special collaboration between Chef EJ Miller of Chardon and New Orleans native Chef Dominick Lee of Augustine’s. 

Expect a festive 3-course menu celebrating Louisiana flavors — from poached shrimp & po’ boy bread service to gumbo Americana, suckling pig muffuletta, and chicken-fried rabbit. Plus decadent desserts like king cake profiteroles and Zydeco crunch, with a warm beignet to go!
